ABOUT

About Us

Premier Jets was founded in 1984 by Roger B. Kelsay. Mr. Kelsay started flying privately as a teenager, and began his aviation career as a fighter pilot for the Oregon Air Guard. After retirement, Mr. Kelsay started Premier Jets and specialized in import/export, transport of goods, and movement of local EMS patients via both air and ground. Over the next three decades the business has evolved and grown, aircraft added for faster speeds and longer ranges. Premier Jets now has decades of experience in transport, and flight coordinators, medical staff, and pilots are available 24 hours a day to coordinate your transport needs.

Service Area

Premier Jets specializes in worldwide service, and has experience visiting nearly every part of the world. Lifeguard Air Ambulance provides fast WORLD-WIDE Air Medical Transport Service to SIX Continents and all of the Pacific Isles 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All international permitting and handling is done in house by our flight coordinators ensuring full control over the timelines and important details. Our aircraft have all be configured with special long-range modifications that mean our aircraft can travel legs of 2200 miles non-stop. This range means not only do we travel the continental US, Mexico, and Canada, but also Hawaii, the South Pacific, Asia, and Europe. Rarely destinations can be denied for reasons related to staff and aircraft safety and security, for example areas of political unrest or war zones. Those destinations will be looked at on a case by case basis.
