Aircraft
Premier Jets operates a fleet of Learjet aircraft configured for air medical, organ, and time-critical transport missions. Our aircraft are certified and maintained in accordance with applicable aviation regulations and are selected to support both domestic and international operations. Fleet aircraft are enhanced with Avcon Industries Range and Weight Increase modifications, providing extended range and increased payload capability. These upgrades reduce the need for fuel stops and increase operational flexibility, allowing missions to be planned efficiently while supporting the demands of long-distance and international transport. Aircraft utilization and mission planning are tailored to patient condition, transport distance, and operational considerations, ensuring each mission is conducted safely and reliably, in alignment with regulatory and operational standards.
Equipment
All aircraft are equipped with a standardized medical configuration that supports a wide range of patient needs during transport. Onboard systems support basic to critical care monitoring, mechanical ventilation, medication and infusion delivery, advanced airway management, and resuscitative care, as clinically indicated.
Premier Jets utilizes Hamilton Medical ventilators, selected for their reliability, portability, and suitability for both short- and long-distance transports. Multiple onboard oxygen systems support extended transport times, while stretcher and cabin configurations are designed to maintain patient comfort, stability and continuity of care throughout the flight.
Medical equipment readiness and mission planning are managed through defined clinical and operational processes to ensure safe, reliable transport on every mission.
